Sabudana Kheer is a traditional Indian Dessert made for festivals. It is made by simmering sabudana in full-fat milk until it is cooked.

Step 1 :

Wash and soak sabudana in 1/2 cup water for around 5-6 hours.

Step 2 :

Heat milk in a vessel and bring it to a boil.

Step 3 :

Once done, add the soaked sabudana to it.

Step 4 :

Add saffron strands to it and mix well.

Step 5 :

Simmer the heat and let the kheer cook till it gets thick and the sabudana is cooked well.

Step 6 :

Add sugar and cardamom powder to it.

Step 7 :

Garnish with almonds, raisins and cashew nuts.

Step 8 :

Serve it hot or chilled.
