Step 1 :

In a bowl sift flour, baking powder and salt. Set it aside.

Step 2 :

Puree spinach leaves to a fine paste.

Step 3 :

In the same mixer jar, add banana, vanilla extract, lemon juice, sugar, oil and egg, pulse it a few times to combine well.

Step 4 :

our the spinach mixture over the flour mixture and gently fold in, until just combined.

Step 5 :

Pour the batter into a greased 8x2 inch baking pan.

Step 6 :

Bake in preheated oven at 180° C for 25-30 minutes.

Step 7 :

When cooled completely top it with whipped cream.
