Step 1 :
Grate cauliflower into tiny crumbs looking like rice and wash it thoroughly.
Step 2 :
In a hot pan, add 1 tsp oil. Add the cauliflower pieces and on high flame, toss vigorously till cooked and slightly softened.
Step 3 :
Add a tsp of lime to it and toss it well, remove it from the pan immediately. Ensure to saute it for only 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 4 :
In a wok, add 2 tsp oil, garlic, spring onion (greens), red chillies and diced onions.
Step 5 :
Saute till fragrant and slightly soft.
Step 6 :
In another pan, add oil and saute tofu pieces till brown. Remove it from the pan and keep it aside.
Step 7 :
Now, saute the vegetables till slightly soft in the pan.
Step 8 :
Add soy sauce to the pan, give it a good mix.
Step 9 :
Once it starts to simmer on low flame, add the tofu pieces to it.
Step 10 :
Sprinkle jaggery powder to balance the saltiness of the soy sauce, if required.
Step 11 :
In a plate, spread the sauteed cauliflower pieces and rest the sauteed veggies over it.
Step 12 :
Serve it hot.
