Step 1 :

Cut capsicum, apple, carrots, tomatoes and paneer into small cubes.

Step 2 :

In a bowl, add chopped capsicum, apple, carrots, tomatoes, paneer, pomegranate and orange segments. Mix it well.

Step 3 :

Add salt, lemon juice and black pepper to it and toss it well.

Step 4 :

Before serving garnish it with slices of boiled beetroot.
