Step 1 :
Pour brown sugar into a microwave safe bowl.
Step 2 :
Add oil and mix both of them together well.
Step 3 :
Add one egg and blend it. Add the second, blend and add the third egg, blend it together.
Step 4 :
Now, add vanilla essence into the batter and blend that too.
Step 5 :
In a strainer, add flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.
Step 6 :
Shift the ingredients all together over the batter.
Step 7 :
Using a spatula, mix everything together till the batter turns brown and the texture becomes smooth.
Step 8 :
On a double boiler, melt the pieces of dark chocolates.
Step 9 :
Add melted dark chocolate in the batter and mix well.
Step 10 :
Pour half the batter into the baking tin.
Step 11 :
Add kitkat bars over the batter covering it completely.
Step 12 :
Pour the remaining batter over it and place kitkat bits on the top, bake it at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
