Egg and Sweet Corn Chaat is a healthy evening snack that can be served during high tea or can be savored alone. It is rich in protein and hence is recommended for those on a diet regime.

Step 1 :

Boil corn kernels in a pressure cooker, with water.

Step 2 :

In a vessel, boil eggs in water and finely cut them into pieces once done.

Step 3 :

Drain water from the corn and put it in a bowl.

Step 4 :

Finely chop tomato, onion, green chillies and coriander leaves and add it to the corn.

Step 5 :

Now, add the diced egg.

Step 6 :

Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder and red chilli powder as per requirement.

Step 7 :

Squeeze lemon and toss the mixture well with a spoon.

Step 8 :

Transfer the chaat in small bowls and serve.
