This brownie is a perfect snack/dessert for people who are on a keto diet.

Step 1 :

In a cup, mix all the dry ingredients.

Step 2 :

Add melted butter to it and mix well.

Step 3 :

Add milk and mix again. Ensure to remove any lumps.

Step 4 :

The consistency of the batter should be medium, not too thick nor too watery. Add milk to balance this consistency.

Step 5 :

Heat it in the microwave for 2-2.5 mins.

Step 6 :

Test the cake using a knife. If the knife comes out clean, the cake is ready! Else keep heating at 30 seconds, until the cake is ready.
