It is a very easy recipe, appropriate for parties and get-togethers and can be made in a jiffy.

Step 1 : For the salsa

Mix chopped onion, tomato, boiled red kidney beans, chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1/2 tbsp red chilli sauce, chaat masala and lime juice. Mix it well.

Step 2 : For the wing sauce

Melt butter. Mix it well with 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup and 1/2 tbsp red chilli sauce.

Step 3 : For the layers

In a microwave safe dish, place a single layer of nachos and sprinkle the prepared salsa and some cajun spice over it.

Step 4 :

Then, add grated cheese and the prepared wing sauce as toppings and bake it in the microwave till the cheese is melted.

Step 5 :

Repeat the above process to make 2-3 layers. For the last layer sprinkle cheese and cajun spice only. Melt it in microwave.

Step 6 :

Place some nachos at the side of the dish, once done.

Step 7 :

Garnish it with sliced olives and chopped coriander leaves.
