This noodle recipe is a quick lunch or dinner dish. It is yummy yet easy to prepare.

Step 1 :

In a kadai, boil the spaghetti with water and salt.

Step 2 :

Once boiled, add some oil and cook it for around 5-7 minutes on medium heat.

Step 3 :

Now, cut all the vegetables and one by one toss it into the kadai. Ensure the first set of vegetable is cooked before you add in the next one.

Step 4 :

Add some water to allow the vegetables to cook properly.

Step 5 :

After all the vegetables are well cooked, allow the noodles to cook for another 8-10 minutes.

Step 6 :

Add chilly sauce, soy sauce, schezwan sauce and vinegar for taste. Cook it for some more minutes.

Step 7 :

Switch off the gas and let it cool for a minute or 2 before serving.
