Step 1 :
Boil the potatoes and mash them well.
Step 2 :
Boil milk and add mashed potatoes to it, stirring continuously to avoid any lumps.
Step 3 :
When it starts to thicken, add sugar to it.
Step 4 :
Cook it on low flame till the sugar dissolves completely and it starts to thicken.
Step 5 :
Now add khoya to it and cook it on low flame for another 5 minutes.
Step 6 :
Soak almonds in water overnight, peel the skin it and finely slice it.
Step 7 :
Add dry fruits as garnish to the kheer and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
Step 8 :
Once done, serve the delicious kheer.
