This is dessert is quick and easy to make, it tastes delicious and can be prepared for a grand occasion.

Step 1 :

Soak walnuts in milk for 10 minutes and make a paste from it, using a grinder.

Step 2 :

Sieve maida in a bowl and add sugar, milk powder, ghee, milk, cocoa powder and chocolate powder. Mix it well to form a smooth batter.

Step 3 :

Now, add baking soda, baking powder and walnut paste in the mixture. If needed add a little milk to get the correct batter consistency.

Step 4 :

Take a baking tin and grease it with some ghee all around. Ensure to grease the tin well.

Step 5 :

Pour the batter into the tin and level it across, equally.

Step 6 :

Pre-heat the oven for 5-7 minutes at 180 C and bake the cake for 40-45 minutes.

Step 7 :

Insert a toothpick in the center to check if the cake is baked well, if not bake it for another 5-10 minutes.
