Step 1 :

Mix wheat flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg, in a bowl.

Step 2 :

In a separate bowl, mix milk, vanilla extract, mashed bananas and eggs together.

Step 3 :

Now, add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and whisk it well.

Step 4 :

Put butter in an 8/9 inch rectangular pan, grease it and cover it in foil.

Step 5 :

Pour the batter into the dish. Bake it for 20-25 minutes at 170'C or until the toothpick comes out clean.

Step 6 : To make the caramelized bananas

Melt butter in a frying pan over low heat. Add bananas and sugar, fry it for about 4-6 minutes depending on how soft you like your bananas.

Step 7 :

Once the baking is done, cut it into square shapes and place it on a plate.

Step 8 :

Serve it hot with the prepared caramelized bananas.
