Step 1 :

Roast the gram flour with ghee until you get the aroma.

Step 2 :

When it is fully roasted, take the pan off the flame and add powdered sugar.

Step 3 :

If the mixture is runny and ladoos are not shaping well, allow it to sit for an hour and then try shaping them.

Step 4 :

Add ground badam, cardamom powder and roasted rava to make the laddus more tasty and healthy.
