Step 1 :

Pre-heat the oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, chopped bananas, baking powder, salt and cinnamon powder.

Step 2 :

In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk and butter.

Step 3 :

Now, combine both the mixtures in one bowl and stir it well until it blends in together.

Step 4 :

Spread the batter evenly into a baking dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

Step 5 :

To serve for breakfast, spoon it into bowls with a milk. To serve as snack bars, allow it to cool completely before slicing it.
