Cool and refreshing milk tea with coffee jelly, it is easy to make and fun to drink.

Step 1 :

In a vessel, boil in coffee with 1 and 1/2 tbsp water, ensure the coffee is strong. Bring the coffee to a boil.

Step 2 :

In a medium bowl, stir together gelatin and water. Allow the gelatin to bloom for about 5 minutes before stirring in sugar and hot coffee.

Step 3 :

Stir until sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved.

Step 4 :

Transfer the mixture to a dish. Refrigerate until solid, at least for 3 hours.

Step 5 :

Now, boil hot water in a vessel, add tea bags to it and brew a strong black tea. Allow it to cool slightly before placing in the refrigerator to chill.

Step 6 :

Once the tea is chilled, stir in sugar and cream. Add more sugar and cream as preferred.

Step 7 :

Cut the jelly into 1/2-inch cubes, and add to the tall glass. Fill quarter of the glass with jelly and pour in the milk tea.

Step 8 :

Serve it with a spoon.
