Layered Milk Tea is a recipe that can be tried when bored with the classic chai.

Step 1 :

Take half a liter of milk in a vessel, add sugar to it and boil the milk.

Step 2 :

After boiling, turn off the flame and remove it from stove.

Step 3 :

Now, using a blend froth the milk. Blend it for 5 minutes.

Step 4 :

In another vessel, add water, tea and a pinch of tea masala. Let it boil for a minute.

Step 5 :

Add some lemon grass, mint leaves. Boil it for 3 minutes and turn off the flame.

Step 6 :

Pour in a large jar using a strainer.

Step 7 :

Take a tall, add half frothy milk to it. Fill the other half of the glass with the prepared concoction.

Step 8 :

Garnish the tea with chocolate sauce
