Step 1 :

Deep fry phool makhana till they turn golden in colour.

Step 2 :

Allow the mixture to cool down before grinding it.

Step 3 :

Mix grated coconut, khova and powdered cardamom.

Step 4 :

Make 1 string sugar syrup in a pan and mix all the ingredients well.

Step 5 :

Grease a plate and pour the mixture on the plate.

Step 6 :

Garnish it with silver wrapping and dry fruits.

Step 7 :

After the mixture cools down, cut it in the shape of a barfi.
