Step 1 :

Take a bowl, mix maida and water to make a dough. Rest it for 15 minutes.

Step 2 :

Now, take a pan; add ghee, coconut powder, powdered sugar, sooji and mix well and keep it aside.

Step 3 :

In the same pan, add ghee and fry raisins, almonds and cashew nuts. Take the dough, make small balls out of it and roll it like a chapati.

Step 4 :

Put the prepared mixture into the chapati (1 tbsp), on one side and cover the chapati, with the other half.

Step 5 :

Then, close the chapati by pressing the edges.

Step 6 :

Use the same method until the entire dough and mixture is over.

Step 7 :

Now, fry these in deep oil, when it turns a little brown in colour take it out of the kadai.

Step 8 :

Allow it to cool down to room temperature before serving.
