Yummy Vegetable Biryani

This is an easy to make, yummy biryani that doesn't take much time.

Step 1 :

Cook the rice 70% with a little ghee, mint leaves and coriander leaves. Soak the rice in lukewarm water for 20 minutes prior to it.

Step 2 :

Heat ghee in a pan and add bay leaf, cardamom, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, onion and tomato.

Step 3 :

Add carrot, cauliflower florets, french beans, potato and cook for 10 minutes. When the vegetables are 70% cooked, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala to it.

Step 4 :

When the masala gets aromatic, add curd to it.

Step 5 :

Now, reduce the flame and add half cooked rice to it. Cook it for 10 minutes on high flame and 10 minutes on sim.

Step 6 :

Serve hot with raita or chips.
