Step 1 :

First, grate coconut, dice carrots, slice tomatoes and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Next, break the noodles in four or more pieces.

Step 3 :

Take a vessel, heat oil in it.

Step 4 :

Now, add noodles, water and curry leaves in it. Bring the water to a boil.

Step 5 :

Add cut vegetables, grated coconut, parsley and salt to it.

Step 6 :

Allow it to cook for around 8-10 minutes.

Step 7 :

Before serving, let it cool for about 2 minutes.
