Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a wok, add water, a pinch of salt, oil and noodles. Bring it to a boil. Meanwhile, finely chop onion, cabbage and capsicum.

Step 2 :

Strain water from the noodles and keep it aside.

Step 3 :

In a pan heat oil and fry the boiled noodles till golden brown. Crumble the noodles and let it cool.

Step 4 :

In a bowl, mix all the sliced vegetables, add salt, sauce and crumbled noodles. Toss it well before serving. Add crispy noodles before serving, to prevent it from becoming soggy.
