Special mixed millet laddu is so delicious and easily prepared recipe. It's very healthy as it is made of mixed millets. This dessert can be had at any time and can also prepare on festivals. Try this yummy recipe and enjoy cooking.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Dry roast all three millet in a pan on medium flame for 10mins.

Step 2 :

Cool it to room temperature.

Step 3 :

Transfer the ingredients to blender and blend it to fine powder and takeout in a big bowl

Step 4 :

Now blend roasted bengal gram into fine powder

Step 5 :

Add roasted bengal gram powder and powdered jaggery into millet powder and mix it well.

Step 6 :

Roast cashew nuts in ghee till golden brown.

Step 7 :

Now heat ghee and add to the prepared powders.

Step 8 :

Mix it well and break the lumps with hand.

Step 9 :

Make medium size laddus and serve it in a serving plate.

Step 10 :

Delicious and mouthwatering laddus are ready to eat.
