Rava bhakri is a healthy dish, quick and easy to make. It may be preferred by Jain commumity also as there is no onion, garlic or potato. This dish is crispy and tasty and is loved by all age groups.

Step 1 :

Grate half coconut.

Step 2 :

Put 2 tbsp sugar.

Step 3 :

2-3 slit green chillies (cut fine, as per your spicy requirement)

Step 4 :

1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste.

Step 5 :

Put 1 & 1/2 glass of water and mix properly.

Step 6 :

Then add 1 & 1/4 glass rava to this mixture and mix well.

Step 7 :

Heat 1 tbsp oil in non-stick fry pan.

Step 8 :

Put 2 handful mixture on it and spread evenly with the palm.

Step 9 :

Fry on medium gas for 3-5mins. Then turn and again fry fir 3-5 mins on sim gas.

Step 10 :

It’s ready to serve.
