Indo-Italian Cheesy Samosas

my recipe is a fusion of indian snacks with italian flavor.

Preparation

Step 1 :

First mix maida, salt, cornstarch, oil in one bowl add water and make a soft dough keep aside after covering it in a wet cloth or clean wrap.

Step 2 :

In pan, add oil, then add all the vegetables of filling in to it saute them to absorb water then let it cool.

Step 3 :

Add olives, salt, chilli flakes, oregano, mixed herbs, and grated cheese to it.

Step 4 :

Make small balls from dough flat it using rolling pin and make small rotis, cut it in 2 halfs, make a cone shape using a simple runny mix of maida and water which works here as a glue and then fill it with a spoonfull of of filling and give them a shape of samosas.

Step 5 :

Air fry these samosas or deep fry them.

Step 6 :

Healthy and tasty fried fusion is ready
