Preparation

Step 1 :

Roughly chop lettuce (a bunch) and feta cheese (5 pieces). Half the cherry tomatoes (5-8 pieces) and black olives (10 pieces).

Step 2 :

Dice the cucumber (1), onion (1/2) and capsicum (1/2).

Step 3 :

Prepare the dressing. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano and lemon juice as per taste.

Step 4 :

Mix all the ingredients and dressing in a bowl and stir.

Step 5 :

It is ready to eat.
