Preparation

Step 1 :

Soak raisins in water.

Step 2 :

In a pan, dry roast oats and keep it aside.

Step 3 :

In same pan, add ghee and later cashew nuts. Once they turn brown, take them out.

Step 4 :

In same pan, add vermicelli and keep on stirring it well for about 5-6 minutes.

Step 5 :

Once it starts to turn slightly brown, take it out.

Step 6 :

In same pan, add milk. Bring to 2-3 boils and keep on stirring it.

Step 7 :

Add oats, soaked raisins, cashew nuts, vermicelli, sugar and elaichi powder.

Step 8 :

Mix all well. Bring to a boil.

Step 9 :

Serve hot and enjoy the season of love with healthy Love Kheer.
