Preparation

Step 1 :

Take one raw banana, boil it and crush it in a pan.

Step 2 :

Add 25 gm beans and green peas.

Step 3 :

Add two teaspoons sugar and half a lemon.

Step 4 :

Add salt and Ginger and Chilli paste

Step 5 :

Add one cup coriander and half teaspoon garam masala.

Step 6 :

Mix it well

Step 7 :

Make balls of this batter and dip in til (tal).

Step 8 :

Put it in the pan and fry it well with butter, till it becomes hard.

Step 9 :

Take a bowl, put tomato sauce and cream or cheese on the upper layer and serve.
