Garlic Bread (be it plain or with toppings) is one of the best things to happen to bread. I decided to add a little twist to it and stuff the bread instead. One of the many successes in my kitchen experiments! Being part Indian and part Italian, I decided to fuse both cuisines into one!

Preparation
Step 1 :
Wash and cut the chicken into bite size stripes, pat them dry.
Step 2 :
Next, mix ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, salt. Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Set aside for 15 minutes to half an hour.
Step 3 :
Heat oil on a medium flame.
Step 4 :
Take the marinated chicken pieces, dip them in the beaten egg, roll in the bread crumbs and fry till golden brown on both sides.
Step 5 :
Drain on a paper towel and let cool.
Step 6 :
Cut the baguette about 2 inches apart and scoop out the bread in the middle to form a cavity.
Step 7 :
Now wrap the prepared chicken slices with stripes of pizza cheese and fill the cavity in the baguette.
Step 8 :
Arrange the bread slices on an aluminium foil to form a whole bread (as it was before cutting).
Step 9 :
Further cut the two-inch pieces of bread into two, making each slice 1 inch.
Step 10 :
Brush the melted garlic butter on the bread, lightly fold in the foil and bake for 10 minutes at 200-degree Celsius or until the cheese melts. (Temperature may vary depending on the otg/microwave.)
Step 11 :
Serve hot with a dipping sauce or by itself!
