Preparation

Step 1 :

For tempering, heat oil in a pan or kadhai. Add jeera, red chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder. Sauté it for a bit and remove it from the flame.

Step 2 :

Take mixing bowl and add boiled potatoes, green peas, salt, chopped green chilli and coriander leaves. Add the tadka and mix it well.

Step 3 :

Take a bread and apply chilly and cheese spread. Add the potato mixture and cover it with another bread.

Step 4 :

Roast the sandwich on a griddle.
