Quinoa Sabudana Kheer

A quick and tasty dessert, quinoa sabudana can be enjoyed anytime. It is my favourite and can be served hot or chilled.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Pressure cook one cup of sabudana and one cup of quinoa with water for about 3 whistles.

Step 2 :

Pressure cook half cup of chana dal with water separately for about 4-5 whistles.

Step 3 :

Take 1/2 - 1 cups of brown sugar in a bowl then add one glass of water in it.

Step 4 :

Then boil it in a low flame until the sugar melts.

Step 5 :

Mix all ingredients together.

Step 6 :

Take another bowl and put it on a low flame.

Step 7 :

Then add 4-5 teaspoons of ghee in it.

Step 8 :

In a ghee, add some cashew nuts and some coconut pieces and two pieces of dalchini.

Step 9 :

Then add brown sugar, quinoa, sabudana and chana dal all together.

Step 10 :

Boil this with milk for 5 minutes until it comes in a semisolid state.

Step 11 :

Your mouth-watering dish is ready to serve.
