Preparation

Step 1 :

Take some olive oil in a pan then fry onions, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chilly.

Step 2 :

After frying mix it with boiled carrots, tofu and all other spices and place it in refrigerator till it is required.

Step 3 :

Prepare a dough with maida, sooji, oil, til and salt with adequate amount of water. Cover the dough with a damp cloth for 1 hour.

Step 4 :

After an hour roll the dough and make roti like shapes, cut it into halves, fold it and stuff the prepared stuffing into it.

Step 5 :

Make the right shape. Fry it into hot oil.

Step 6 :

When it is done do not eat it at once but let it sit for 2-3 mins. Then all the samosas are ready to eat as resting time will make them crunchier.

Step 7 :

For enhancing the taste you can steam your samosas first in a steamer and then fry them to give it a slight tandoori taste!
