Delicacy of Egg Curry

It is a delicious gravy with a sweetness which works fantastic with eggs. The cutting of boiled eggs lets the spices enter inside and make it flavorful.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil tomatoes, onions, garlic and ginger, make a paste of it. Keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Heat oil in a pan and add a pinch of asafoetida

Step 3 :

Cut boiled eggs into 4 pieces and fry them till they are brown. Keep aside.

Step 4 :

Now in the same oil pour the paste, add salt and rest of the masala.

Step 5 :

Saute till oil separates and then add eggs

Step 6 :

Add 1.5 cups of water and simmer it for 10 mins

Step 7 :

Curry is ready to serve with rice
