This is a simple and healthy salad recipe that you can whip up in your kitchen with ingredients from your pantry. The recipe includes tomatoes, spring onions, cucumbers, lemon juice, olive oil, chickpeas, feta cheese, salt (if needed), and coriander. Preparation

Step 1 :

Chop the tomatoes, cucumbers, spring onions and set it aside in a bowl.

Step 2 :

Combine 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice in a small bowl and whisk it well.

Step 3 :

Add the olive oil and lemon juice mixture to the vegetables. Add chana/chickpeas and mix well.

Step 4 :

Lastly add feta cheese and chopped coriander for garnishing.
