American Chocolate Mango Cheesecake Flan

A rich melt-in-your-mouth cheese cake that is flavoured with chocolate and mango.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Add butter and dark chocolate in a bowl.

Step 2 :

Melt it using the double boiler method.

Step 3 :

Crush chocolate biscuits till they reach a powdery consistency.

Step 4 :

Add the chocolate and butter to the crushed biscuit and mix.

Step 5 :

Set the biscuit dough in a flat base in 2-3cm in height.

Step 6 :

Freeze the biscuit base for 30 minutes.

Step 7 :

Beat cream cheese and sugar together.

Step 8 :

Add whipped cream, milk and vanilla essence to the cream cheese batter.

Step 9 :

Add agar-agar or fresh gelatin to hot water and mix it to the cream cheese batter.

Step 10 :

Pour the mix over the biscuit base and set it in the freezer for 1-1.5 hours.

Step 11 :

Unmould it and decorate it with sliced Fresho Alphonso mangoes.
