Preparation
Step 1 :
Add Almond butter, sugar and butter to a hand blender with whisk attachment. Beat on medium-low speed until combined.
Step 2 :
Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag fitted with a round tip and set aside. (Note: you can use zip pack by making a small whole as piping bag).
Step 3 :
Melt Happy Chef Baking Bar chocolate in microwave/double boiler. Use a small spoon or small brush to coat the insides of the paper linen cups with the melted chocolate.
Step 4 :
Make sure to cover the bottom and sides well. Transfer cups to muffin tins (which will keep the cups from sliding around). Transfer to freezer until set, it should take about 10 minutes.
Step 5 :
Remove cold chocolate cups from the freezer. Pipe almond butter filling into each cup until three-quarters full.
Step 6 :
Spoon melted chocolate into each cup to cover. Return to the freezer until set, it should take around 15 to 25 minutes.
