Meaty Grilled Burgers

A healthier grilled version of the classic American slider. High in protein, high on taste!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Sauté 2 chopped onions, 4 green chillies in little oil.

Step 2 :

Once cooked, sauté 2 chopped tomatoes.

Step 3 :

Cool this mix and keep aside.

Step 4 :

Once cool, add minced chicken or mutton meat and salt. Mix well.

Step 5 :

Grill both sides until golden brown.

Step 6 :

Saute sliced mushrooms in a pan with salt and keep aside.

Step 7 :

Slice burger buns in the centre.

Step 8 :

Arrange the grilled patty, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, tomato slice, onion slice, some sauted mushrooms, a cheese slice, lettuce leaf and close the bun tightly. Repeat this for all the buns.

Step 9 :

Toast the buns and serve. Enjoy
