Classic Brownie

It's a classical traditional recipe of brownie that is prepared within minutes and eaten even faster!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take eggs and sugar and beat them well. Break the chocolate into pieces and along with butter, melt them together over steam.

Step 2 :

You can use 2 pans (big and small), boil water in a bigger one and place chocolate and butter in a smaller one and melt it slowly together.

Step 3 :

When the mixture gets consistent, cool it a bit and mix it with the eggs and sugar mixture. Add flour, baking powder and cut walnuts.

Step 4 :

Preheat the oven at 175-degree C, butter the mould and place a baking paper inside.

Step 5 :

Place the mixture into the mould and bake it for around 15 to 25 minutes depending on the oven capacity.

Step 6 :

Once done, take it out and let it cool for a bit. You can sprinkle some sugar powder on top and cut it into squares.

Step 7 :

Serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream. Bon appetit!
