Preparation
Step 1 :
Boil the Maggie in 2 minutes and drain the extra water. Marinate with Maggie masala and divide in two bowls. Keep those in deep freeze for 5 minutes.
Step 2 :
Pour two cups besan (gram flour), mix some water and make it liquid with medium consistency. Add some salt, chilli powder and little sugar.
Step 3 :
Take out the boiled Maggie one by one from the refrigerator and dip each in the besan mixture and give each a round shape.
Step 4 :
Deep fry those and keep aside. Boil 2 potatoes and mash them. Add finely chopped onion, capsicum, coriander leaves, chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder and black pepper. Make a patty and deep fry it.
Step 5 :
Cut onion, capsicum and tomato into rings. Make a poached egg. Apply some mayonnaise on the both side of the patty.
Step 6 :
Take one of the two Maggie fries, put an Amul cheese slice on it. Put some rings of onion, capsicum and tomato and then the patty on it. Top up with some more rings. Keep the poached egg on it. Finally, put the other fried Maggie.
Step 7 :
Serve it with ketchup and enjoy.
