A luscious American Chopsuey made with wholesome vegetables and flavoured with sauces.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Fry noodles until they turn golden brown and crispy. Keep aside.

Step 2 :

Add oil to a pan on a medium flame. Once it is hot, add ginger paste and then all the vegetables.

Step 3 :

Saute for 2 minutes. Add white and black pepper. Mix it. Add vegetable stock, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, salt, tomato sauce, vinegar and then cornstarch.

Step 4 :

Stir well till the gravy turns a little thick. Take that fried noodles and pour this gravy on it. Your American Chopsuey is ready!
