Preparation
Step 1 :
Wash apple and kiwi. Grate them.
Step 2 :
In a pan, add ghee and sauté the grated fruits for 5 minutes.
Step 3 :
Keep it aside.
Step 4 :
Add milk in a heavy bottomed pan and stir well.
Step 5 :
Add condensed milk to the boiling milk.
Step 6 :
Let this boil till volume of the milk gets reduced.
Step 7 :
Allow this to completely cool.
Step 8 :
Add the grated cooked apples to this and mix well.
Step 9 :
Serve chilled.
