This is healthy recipe made from atta and flavoured with coffee.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Heat 2 cups of water in a pan and add sugar (half cup) and coffee powder (1teaspoon). Warm it.

Step 2 :

Take another pan and heat desi ghee (1/2cup). Add atta and sauté it till it turns into a golden brown colour.

Step 3 :

Add water mixture and mix well. Make sure there are no lumps. Mix it for another 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with nuts and serve hot.
