Chinese Chicken Dosa

Spicy and full of flavour, this Chinese chicken dosa will leave you asking for more!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Steam chicken for 15 minutes or till it gets tender.

Step 2 :

Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in pan. Add steamed chicken and roast it till all the water is dried.

Step 3 :

Add Schezwan sauce and chopped spring onions. Stir for 2 minutes on a high flame. Your chicken filling it ready.

Step 4 :

Now grease a non-stick pan with oil. Pour a ladle full of batter on the hot tawa and spread it into an even round layer.

Step 5 :

You can make it thick or thin to as per your taste. If you are looking for a thin crispy dosa, add little water in batter to get a good consistency.

Step 6 :

In few minutes you will notice that the dosa is ready to flip. At this point, add the filling in dosa without flipping it. Fold the dosa from both the sides to secure filling.

Step 7 :

You can serve this dosa as breakfast with some chutney or sauce.
