Kheer is hands down the most favourite dessert of the Indians. It is made with Rice Milk usually but with Bagrry's Steel cut oats you can add all good things that oats have to offer with compromising on the taste at all.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Add Bagrry’s steel cut oats in boiled 1 & ½ cups of water. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2 :

In a separate pot, boil milk. Add jaggery, cardamom & raisins.

Step 3 :

After jaggery melting, add cooked oats.

Step 4 :

Dry roast the cashews and add them to the cooked kheer.
