Preparation

Step 1 :

Cut the chicken in 1" cubes

Step 2 :

Heat the oil in a pan, add whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom & cloves) let them sizzle.

Step 3 :

Add chopped onions and fry it till brown golden brown.

Step 4 :

Add ginger to garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 5 :

Add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes get cooked.

Step 6 :

Now add salt coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and Knorr Chef's Chicken masala. Cook all for a minute.

Step 7 :

Add chicken and braise for 5 minutes.

Step 8 :

Add water, bring to boil, then lower the flame and cook with a lid for 15 minutes till chicken is cooked thoroughly.

Step 9 :

Serve hot.

Step 10 : For Serving

Garnish with mint leaves, Green chilies and kasoori methi for added taste.
