Cheesy Sunny-Side Up Pizza loaded with veggies is perfect for hosting brunch. It is super easy to make and is truly a crowd pleaser.

For Pizza Dough
Step 1 :
In a large mixing bowl add in all the pizza dough ingredients and mix everything well.
Step 2 :
Add some water to form a soft dough. Knead for 5-10 min till you get a soft and non-sticky dough.
Step 3 :
Cover and rest the dough for 15min.
For Toppings and Making Pizza
Step 1 :
Divide the dough into two equal parts.
Step 2 :
Take one part and roll the dough in an oval shape, and roll the sides inside to give a boar-like shape. Prick it with a fork all around the dough.
Step 3 :
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10min.
Step 4 :
Spread the pizza sauce at the centre of the boat. Spread the mozzarella cheese on the entire area of the boat.
Step 5 :
Now arrange all the toppings the way you want them. Enjoy the process.
Step 6 :
Apply milk around the corners, and sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes, and pizza seasoning on the pizza.
Step 7 :
Bake the pizza for 20-22min at 180 degrees depending on your oven.
Step 8 : For the Sunny side up
Take the pizza out, make space in the centre with a fork to form a circle and drop in one egg without breaking the yolk.
Step 9 :
Bake for another 8min. Remove from the oven and service it hot.
