Pearl Millet Onion Muthias

Step 1 :

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Knead into a semi-soft dough using little water as required.

Step 2 :

Apply a little oil to the dough, shape it into cylindrical rolls, and cut into slices.

Step 3 :

Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan and add mustard seeds.

Step 4 :

Add the sliced muthias and shallow fry in oil, seasoning with cumin seeds, until evenly cooked.

Step 5 :

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
