Green Mango Raita

This raita is similar in a flavour of cucumber raita. Grate raw mangoes, and then add green chillies and coriander leaves to create a well-balanced finished product.

Preparation

Step 1 :

In a bowl add raw mango, cucumber, green chillies, freshly grated coconut whisk together.

Step 2 :

Add fresh curd to the mixture and add salt.

Step 3 :

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. When seeds pop up, add onion, saute until onion turns to golden color.

Step 4 :

Pour this mixture over raita.

Step 5 :

Garnish with diced raw mango pieces.
