Step 1 :
In a grinder, mix coconut green chillies, cumin, shallots and turmeric powder to a coarse paste.
Step 2 :
In a pan, heat coconut oil. Add some curry leaves, shallots and brown the onions.
Step 3 :
Add mushroom and cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 minutes. Add chopped spinach and fry for a minute on a high flame.
Step 4 :
Reduce the flame and add salt saute for a minute. Add the coconut paste and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
