• Apply Sesa Regain Ayurvedic Hair Growth Oil at an optimum temperature (Lukewarm in winters & at room temperature in summers) first to the head on the front part (4 fingers from the hair line) and then on the whole scalp.
• Head Massage Gently Massage your head using the Sesa Udvartana Upakarnam (Massager) provided in the pack, in small circular motions in Anulom Gati (start from scalp & move in the direction of hair strands).
• Massage for a duration of 5 to 7 minutes on all the vital marmas (pressure points). Leave overnight or for 2 hours before wash. For best results use the oil twice a week for 3 months at least.
