• For best results, store the roller in the refrigerator before use. 
• Use 2 -3 times a week 
• Wash your face, apply the Natural Vibes Gold Beauty Oil and then start massaging. 
• It is advised to start from the bottom of your neck, moving upwards with the bigger side of the roller. Repeat the motion in every area 8-10 times. 
• After massaging the neck, continue the broad strokes from the center of your chin moving diagonally upwards towards your ears. This is where the lymph drains. 
• For the forehead, start upward motions from your eyebrows to the hairline. 
• You can now massage the rest of your face with the smaller roller starting with the under eye and moving to the nose, and lips, trying to maintain an upward motion.
